The MBA human resource management concentration provides students with an understanding of theories relevant to managing human resources in an organization and their application in given diverse work situations. The curriculum will expose students to workforce selection processes, workplace issues, and public policies. Students will learn how to implement appropriate rewards and incentives to enhance workforce performance.
