Questions about your eligibility should be directed to Federal Student Aid at studentaid.gov or 1-800-433-3243.
Where can I apply for the one-time student loan debt relief?
Remember that StudentAid.gov is the only place to apply for one-time student loan debt relief. You can apply any time before the end of next year, Dec. 31, 2023.
Review your Pell grant and loan history
To review your Pell grant and/or student loan history, log into My Aid at studentaid.gov using your Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID username and password. Once logged in you can review your Pell Grant Lifetime Eligibility (LEU) percentage to see if you were a Pell Grant recipient. You can also review your current student loan debt and review who your loan servicer is.
If you have not logged in recently, you may need to reset your FSA ID password.
