Player Benefits and Student Opportunity Information
Wichita State currently has five competitive varsity teams: Call of Duty, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Valorant. Students are required to tryout for a poaition on the varsity team.

As Esports continues to grow on campus, the need for students to be a part of the program in any capacity proves to be more and more important.

The Shocker Gaming Club houses all students on campus interested in gaming at any level. Students have the ability to create, organize, and run teams on their own behalf. The Shocker Gaming Club serves students in a multitude of ways and also functions as a way for students to potentially join the varsity team. Join their Discord today and get plugged in!
