Employee Self Service - Job History


The following steps will assist in identifying all previous work history at Wichita State University. Employee Self Service will include all WSU employment from January 2006 to present.


 

Accessing Your Job History

  1. Log in to myWSU using your myWSU ID and Password.
  2. Navigate to Employee Self-Service section in the center column.

  3. Click the Employee Dashboard link.  This will redirect you to your Employee Dashboard in a new tab.
  4. From your employee dashboard, scroll down and expand the Job Summary section.

  5. After clicking the drop-down arrow to the right of Job Summary, click the Job Information link.

  6. Current job and all previous jobs will be listed.
  7. Expand each job to identify start and end dates for each.
    1. Jobs can have multiple records listed for the position number.
    2. Due to rate increasees or title changes, jobs can have numerous effective dates.
    3. Titles can change while the position number remains static.
    4. The effective date of the first and last record for each position should indicate the start and end dates.
    5. The current job will not have an end date.
