CES Administrative Schedule

This table is to assist instructors with dates regarding the CES Administrative Schedule. The dates shown in the first table are for the Spring 2026 semester. This table is updated continuously throughout the semester. If the administration date has a strikethrough then that signifies all course evaluations are complete for courses in those part-of-term sessions. Course evaluations in progress or that have not yet started will appear farther down in the table.

• The first column includes the various start/end (part-of-term) dates for the current semester courses.  
• The second column includes dates meant for instructors. This is the timeframe when instructors will receive emails about the CES process and procedures that they should complete.  Instructors will receive additional emails during and after the student CES access dates.  
• The last column includes the dates that CES will be available for the students to complete course evaluations.

The subsequent tables show CES Administration dates for the Summer 2026 semester. There are a lot of different course dates for the summer semester and these are split up for easier reference. Each course is listed in one of three tables: May, June, or July.  Each course is only listed under the month in which the part-of-term begins. These tables will be updated throughout the semester. If the administration date has a strikethrough then that signifies all course evaluations are complete for courses in that part-of-term session. Course evaluations in progress or that have not yet started will appear farther down in the table.
