General CES Information

General CES Information – Need to Know 

• CES uses Blackboard course information. 
• All CES tasks uses the course’s part-of-term (when is the start/end date of the course). 
• Results is the only task that has an assigned date.  It is the same for everyone.  After the results become available, they remain available for future date retrieval. 
• The main source of communication is through emails.  Emails are sent from WSU Evaluations (evaluations@ces.wichita.edu) 
• Emails will provide information, dates, and procedures if an instructor needs to do something. 
• If you teach courses with different start/end dates, you will receive the same emails but on different dates.
