F45 Studio
Wichita State is home to one of the few collegiate F45 Training Studios and it happends to be in the heart of campus in the Heskett Center. F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. Become part of the F45 family by attending one of our regularly scheduled group fitness courses.
Location
Located on the lower level of the Heskett Center, F45 is accessible by stairs or an outer entrance. If you need assistance please check in with our gest services attendants on the first floor of the Heskett Center.
Class Schedule
Policy & Procedures
- Appropriate clean athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required.
- Shirts that cover the entire back and chest are required to keep equipment clean and dry.
- Must 16 years of age to participate.
