Aira Access at Wichita State
Wichita State University now provides Aira Access at all WSU locations, including
WSU Tech locations.
Aira combines the power of Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality with wearable technologies, plus the interaction of its network of trained remote human assistants, to provide the 300 million blind and low vision people around the globe immediate access to information and assistance. Aira’s technology not only greatly enhances independence and mobility for those with vision loss, but also forms the basis of its endeavor to create smart cities that are accessible for all.

How to use Aira
- Download the App (available for iOS and Android smartphones) The Aira.io home page has a form where you can enter your phone number and it will send a download link to your phone.

- Connect
Go to Aira.io and get download instructions:
Students and Aira
WSU Students using Aira can request to be added to the university's account as academic users. Academic users will be able to use the university's Aira Access account for academic work even if they are not on campus. To request this service, please contact john.jones@wichita.edu.
