Wichita State class helps students work with customers on assistive technologies

July 11, 2023 - The Accessible Design course concerned Wichita State University junior Reagan Kelley at first. She wasn’t an engineering major and wasn’t sure what she could contribute. The payoff at the end of the project made it worthwhile. Kelley, an exercise science major, and three other students modified an all-terrain wheelchair for a nine-year-old boy who outgrew the chair’s previous dimensions.

Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University announces the selection of three distinguished industry leaders to be inducted into its inaugural, newly minted “Beyond” Hall of Fame. The inaugural group of inductees will be recognized for their visionary leadership and outstanding contributions to the Barton School and community during an induction celebration on February 17, 2024
