Airline Quality Rating: Complaints are still an issue for travelers; all performance criteria declined

June 1, 2023 — Flight problems and customer complaints filed against major U.S. airlines continued to be concerns for travelers in 2022, according to the annual Airline Quality Rating, released today by Wichita State University.

College of Fine Arts inducts new members to its hall of fame

June 1, 2023 — The College of Fine Arts (CFA) at Wichita State University held its 2023 Hall of Fame Gala on May 13. CFA recognized exceptional alumni from the college, patrons who give their time and resources in support of fine arts at WSU, and retired faculty, staff and administrators who have inspired the WSU community.

Adlai E. Stevenson High School and Kennedy Middle School teams win national Science Olympiad

May 22, 2023 — Student teams from Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois, and Kennedy Middle School in Cupertino, California, took top honors at the 39th Annual Science Olympiad National Tournament at Wichita State University on Saturday, May 20.

Marie Bukowski named dean of WSU College of Fine Arts

May 19, 2023 — Marie Bukowski has been named the next dean of Wichita State University’s College of Fine Arts, effective July 9, 2023.
