Guest Artist: GRAHAM COTTENDEN
The WSU Theatre Program was honored to host Costume Designer Graham Cottenden during
the 2013-14 school year.
Graham Cottenden graduated in Theatre Design from Wimbledon School of Art in London,
England. For nearly twenty years he flourished as a freelance costume designer and
maker, then joined higher education and served as Senior Lecturer for the Arts University
Bournemouth on the BA (Hons) Costume with Performance Design program for the next
twenty years. 
He specializes in male costuming & tailoring, costume interpretation, corsets, and
international exchange. Graham is currently working on a future publication on male
tailoring and continues to deliver lectures and costume workshops worldwide.
