Wichita State University - Theatre Program Guest Artist: RICH SOMMER
The WSU Theatre Program was honored to host television actor, Rich Sommer, in March 2012. Sommers has played the character Harry Crane on the hit show Mad Men since 2007. He was nominated in 2008 for a SAG Award along with his Mad Men costars for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. While in residence Rich hosted an Improv Workshop and an Acting for the Camera Workshop.
Sommers has appeared on Law & Order, The Offfice, Ugly Betty, Burn Notice, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Elementary, and more. On the big screen his credits include: The Devil Wears Prada; Celeste and Jesse Forever; The Giant Mechanical Man; Fairhaven, and others.
