Cohen Enhancement Scholarships

A generous gift from Dorothy and Bill Cohen allows the Cohen Honors College to join knowledge and innovation to grow visionaries, as Dorothy and Bill envisioned.

Cohen Enhancement Scholarships of up to $4000 support current Honors students in activities such as study abroad, National Student Exchange, unpaid internships, national conferences, undergraduate research or service- learning

 

Eligible Experiences

Students participating in Study Abroad or National Student Exchange can use CES funds to cover travel expenses, room and board, and other costs associated with the experience.

Students can apply for funds to help conduct undergraduate research projects and travel to present their research at conferences.

Students participating in unpaid internships at non profit organizations or in the public sector can apply for CES funding. Please include an "acceptance" letter with estimated hours per week and signed by the hiring manager in the application.

The scholarship allowed me to focus on the most inportant aspects of presenting my research instead of the financial aspects of attending the conference.
