Leadership Academy Model & Courses
The Leadership Academy engages students in contemporary research and scholarship based
on an annual theme, question, or issue. Through our 2024 theme, “The Rhythm of Leadership"
students will participate as a cohort in a 2-week May presession (3 credit) course,
a Place as Text travel experience, combined with a design thinking focused project culminating in
pitches to the faculty thought leaders and annual community partners.
