How To Access, Save & Share Results

Access "Project Results" either using the CES dashboard widget or under the Results Menu.

Generate Result Reports for the Current Semester or for a Previous Semester

  1. Click on the link in the results email or sign in to Blackboard.
  2. In Bb, click on Tools on the Institution Page (main page).
  3. Click on the CES box.
  4. The Instructor Dashboard will appear. If you have results in a semester's project, it will list the semester’s project name and course information in the Project Results Box.
    1. If a semester's project doesn't appear, see No Project Results Found.
  5. Click on the semester project’s name.
  6. Click on the download icon under the Report column.
  7. Select one of the report options listed. The Detailed Report + Comments will provide you with the statistics compiled with the student’s comments. 
  8. CES will create a PDF report. You can view the results.  The course data will be saved with Watermark and can be retrieved at any time.  You do not have to print or save a copy unless you want to.

Save Results

  1. Open the PDF copy of your results. Use the save function in Adobe to save your results.
  2. This may be a good option to use if you want to have a backup copy of your results.

Share Results

  1. If you need to share your results with your chair or a committee, you can either provide them with a printed copy of your results or email it to them.
  2. University policy is that your results are only available to you. If the results need to be shared with others, please check with your department on their policy.
