Property Information
The primary documents for additions to property records are the voucher issued to purchase the property with State of Kansas funds, and the requisition for expenditure of WSU Foundation Board of Trustees funds for property given to the University. Departmental memorandums showing the donor, the equipment given, the date given, and the estimated value of the equipment are the basis for other gifts. Memorandums should also support equipment fabricated by University departments. Transfer of Property forms and completed department inventories provide information on location and description changes needed to keep property records current.
