Wichita State University is offering the following surplus property for sale under K.S.A SUPP. 75-6606, and the Kansas Board of Regents Policy and Procedures, Section 11, Authorized Disposition of Surplus Property, which states in part that Advertising at a fixed price is a method authorized for disposition of surplus property.
