The university has established five service standards to build relationships with students, visitors and all members of the community on our campus.
Being UNDERSTANDING means always being willing to lend an empathetic ear. We should always try to show genuine interest in the concerns and questions of others. Whether it’s a student, a visitor, or a fellow employee everyone deserves our upmost attention. You never know what kind of day the other person is having.
These standards will ensure that everyone will have a positive experience on our campus, and create a place where students, faculty, and staff may thrive.
