About WSU Service Standards Training
Wichita State University has Service Standards, known as Shocker PROUD: Professional, Responsive, Open, Understanding, and Dependable.
These standards identify common things we can all do to create a welcoming environment for all who serve and are served by the university. This initiative is also tied to the University’s strategic enrollment plan, goal 1: develop activities that foster a culture of enrollment growth among faculty, staff and students.
This training will explore the standards in more detail how to ensure that all of us are providing excellent service to everyone we encounter everyday.
How do I register for this training?
All Wichita State University Employees (including faculty, staff, and student employees) may register for this training through myTraining.
myTraining courses are free and open to all current WSU employees (faculty and staff) who are interested in developing their professiional knowlege and skills. Courses are schedued to occur year-round.
