Change Your Language Pack
Instructors who use third party materials like online textbooks and other publisher materials may find that the Content Market is not working in Blackboard. Thankfully, there is an easy fix for this problem, and it entails changing "language packs." This is easy to do, and instructors may find that they need to direct their students to change their language pack too. Here's how:
- Login to Blackboard.
- Click your name in the left-hand menu.
- On the right, under the heading "System Settings" find "Language" and click the link to the right. This link probably reads, "System Default (English (United States))"
- Change your default language to "English (United States)" and click "Save."
- If that does not make the Content Market available, please create a case with Blackboard Support.
