Shocker Speak: Freshmen Kaitlyn Rudy and Jerod Hromek
It’s been a very busy semester with tryouts, trainings, study halls, practices, workouts
and keeping up with school work. How do you balance all of it?
- KR: It has been a challenge to balance but I find it easier to take it one week at a time. I keep a very updated planner and take some time every Sunday to plan my week and see when I have free time.
- JH: I use a lot of calendars and keep my planner up to date. It’s been important for me to set aside specific times to get certain things done and stick to that schedule.
With this being your first away trip, what are you most excited for this weekend?
- KR: I’m really excited to bond with the team this trip. I’m excited to grow stronger with them as a group!
- JH: I’m excited to bowl with my other teammates this weekend. It’s going to be fun to go to a place I’ve never been and spend the whole weekend with my teammates.
