Cheryl Miller serves the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences as senior
assistant dean of staff and faculty operations.
As a member of the dean’s office for many years, spanning multiple deans, Cheryl has combined the highest level of professionalism with sensitivity and delicacy. Her relationships with faculty and staff are extensive, and their hallmark is earned trust and respect.
As one who both sees the big picture and has a good head for detail, she makes ideas better, and puts legs on them.
Trained in communications, Cheryl demonstrates the art of listening, speaking and writing with the reputation of the college has her top priority.
Cheryl truly personifies the server-leader style of leadership, who works from mind and heart.
