Susan DomannCongratulations to Susan Domann (SASO Sue) on your tenure recognition as you commemorate a significant anniversary of your employment with Wichita State Athletics. Reaching this milestone is not only a celebratory achievement for you, but also for past and present coworkers, student-athletes, and donors who have had, and continue to have the privilege of working with you in your role at WSU. 

 This recognition is also a testament of your loyalty to Wichita State Athletics. The success of the Shocker Athletic Scholarship Organization (SASO) is a direct result of your efforts and commitment. You are essential to the team and we treasure your time, abilities and contributions that add to our continued successes. 

As your mom would so often remind you, “everything happens for a reason,” and it is without a doubt you are here for a purpose, and that is to bestow your remarkable talents within the development office, making a positive impact on those around you.

Thank you for your dedication and extraordinary service to Wichita State Athletics and our community. On behalf of Wichita State Athletics, it is with great admiration and appreciation that we congratulate you on this recognition. Today, we celebrate your individual and collective contributions to our success and we look forward with great expectancy to many more years to come.

An El Dorado, KS native, Susan joined the staff full-time in July 1994, as SASO Coordinator after serving the previous academic year in an intern capacity while completing her master's degree in sports administration at WSU. In February 1998, she was promoted to the Director of Shocker Athletic Scholarship Organization (SASO) Membership Services. Susan earned an associate degree from Butler County Community College in 1985, and in 1987, she earned a degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Kansas State University.
